I appreciate you asking for some feedback. Your coffee station was not stocked with sugar and I had to ask someone for some. The selection was limited and considering what your customers pay for their vehicles and then the cost of service a small investment with a better drink selection would go a long way into feeling more appreciated as a customer.

Coach took good care of me. Also had to replace a battery in the spare key. I had to pay for the new battery but the it only lasted about a year when it should’ve been longer. Otherwise I always get taken care of well when I go for maintenance

I specifically said the front tire on the passenger side is wobbly. The car is shaking when driving and it still is. Also I paid for an alignment and the care is still not aligned.
