Saw my car pulled around at 5:05 done with service. Why would it take my advisor another 30mins to get me completed and on my way.

I had no contact with him until after 2 and a half hrs when I text him to see what was going on with my vehicle.Someone else checked me in. My vehicle sat in the lot for an hour before. It was taken to get service. My appointment was at 1:30 and another person's appt was at 2. And they got their vehicle 45 mins before me.
