They rotated my tires , I didn’t ask for that!
The tech should have noticed that the Kuhmo tires were replaced with Michelin tires and they were just installed.
They better have rotated them front to back so rotation remains the same. If not, you will be buying me 4 new Michelin tires when they fail because of damage!

Cory was fine but service left a lot to be desired. I was given an 8:00am "appointment" for oil change and tire rotation and vehicle was not pulled in till 9:15, two hours for that service is unacceptable. Also don't believe tires were actually rotated unless they changed the valve caps to keep them on the same side, mine are different on each side due to 2 being stolen.

Ms. Neeson is an extremely valuable asset to the KIA family. Her professionalism transcends traditional values and is by far, I would have to imagine, the most consequential member of KIA’s fine organization. The social skills that she brings to bear for those tough one on one conversations that she must have on a daily basis with customers of all persuasions, is second to none. To be honest, I don’t quite understand why she has not pursued a career as an elected official. We could use more elected officials like her. Just my opinion.
