Seth was very nice and professional He took the time to answer my questions. I've has a problem with my wireless charger from day one he was the first one that took time with me so u could show him that it never worked .He said he would have service get with me to diagnose it and order the parts to get it working.

Inaya was awesome. She took the time to listen to my problem with my vehicle that I brought in for service. The next day when I came to pick my car up she suggested that I speak to the sales manager. Our prepaid Maitainence plan calls for replacing the climate control air filter and the service tech marked it needed it and the under hood air filter need changed and these items were not done. My wife questioned why these weren’t being done even though the coupon said it should be . Lance’s response was it’s fine and doesn’t need it. We felt like we were pushed out of there and things needing to be addressed were not. Most likely we will not return.
