My vehicle is not working properly. Sometimes I can’t even drive it the antilock and Kia didn’t care to fix the problems instead they charge me $289.00 for a service charge, that used to be $60.00. I’m just gonna report it to capital one because I feel like I’m being neglected because I’m black! Never late on my payments. In my opinion I feel like y’all racist towards me and I’m being ripped off!!

Honestly, I won't ever want a different service advisor, if it's not him.
Bev Smith kia has a handful of good caring employee's not to mention (Tim Seymore) at 7am today Saturday, he was the first person I encountered, and what a wonderful encounter it was. A man with a great attitude as well and very detailed at his job.

I was very surprised with the prompt attention as soon as I drove onto the property. I was greeted within minutes of my arrival. I was given information as to what to expect and who would do what. Everyone was very courteous and helpful!! I was told what to expect and approximately how long it would take and that I would be notified when my vehicle was ready.
