We saw our car sitting in the Kia parking lot for at least an hour after work was done. We sat for 2 hours for a 5 minute brake light bulb to be replaced. Very disappointed. Diane H

This is the second time I brought my vehicle to this dealership for the same repair, and they are still unable le to find and fix the problem. I feel that this car is unsafe! A wasted 4.5 hours which is totally unacceptable. Definitely was not satisfied with the tech’s listening skills of my concerns. I expected better service with my initial 2023 vehicle’s service. To top off my disappointment, the transmission light went on as I reached home. So now I need to have an appointment for the vehicle to have a diagnostic test. On a personal note, I can’t afford to take all these hours off work.
