Service by Joseph left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Customer Service was horrible.Lack of communication was beyond frustrating. Telling me he could get me a car rental and then denying he ever told me that set me off. While venting my frustrations to him, he just bantered back and forth with me, making the situation even worse. We were told the car would be ready on Tuesday to never get a call to come pick it up and when I finally called the following day, was told the part just arrived and it would be done by end of day Wednesday. If I ever get treated that way again, I will go to headquarters and will never do business with Kia again.

Doesn't listen to concerns, says no one there qualified to look into my concern because it was to late in the day and only oil techs were there and they did not deal with that of what I had a concern about. Then comes back and told me the looked at it and didn't see a problem? Like who did u have look at it , the unqualified oil techs u told me about earlier? Lol what a joke. Love kia have always hated the service department!they don't care!

I gave your service department the error code that came up when scanned for an airbag light. We discussed what needed to be done and I made an appointment to have it fixed. I drove 30 minutes, waited another 90 minutes, but the part had not been ordered so I was sent home. A little disappointing.
