Gilbert was very rude to me when I asked him a simple question while sitting on one if the benches waiting for my car. I said, "Excuse me. Someone just drove my car up here as if it were finished only to come back and strive it off again." He began flapping his arms and shrugging his shoulders, saying everyone has different roles and he has no idea where my car is!!! Very rude with no patience or people skills at all. I would think twice about having him out around people -- ever!!! Petra was wonderful on the other hand. I will be calling the dealership tomorrow about Gilbert's impatient and rude behavior.

We have free tires and batteries for as long as we own our Kia. We were informed that our tires required replacement but unfortunately we had voided our warranty. We vemently challenged that assumption because we have every service receipt for the vehicle which has always been serviced at a Kia dealership. When they realized we could substantiate our position, we were informed that our tires no longer required replacement. They were informed that my wife is a travel nurse and we would be traveling to Colorado. Very disappointed with the quality of service and the service manager who was trying to make a sale of tires. Also why does it take over three hours for a oil change and a rushed coolant flush? The service dept was closed and the cashier was already gone by the time we finally got our vehicle returned to us.
