Completely unprofessional experience. Service department did not notify my husband of his car being completed. When he called for an update department never answered. Finally went down to pick up the car and found out wife’s email and phone number were listed instead. Never gave that information to them. Spent 20 additional minutes at service as they couldn’t find the invoice papers, keys or car. Even after confirming correct information is now filed for the husband, the wife is still getting emails and phone calls. Also had service worker vaping right in front of customers and smoke was being blown by wind right at us.
