I was a little Leary going to get service on my car. I purchased the car from Bev Smith and received the upmost professionalism so I thought I would try them for service. Mind you, I live probably an hour away and I could have used two other Kia dealers. When I pulled up to service I was acknowledged immediately. He explained the process and walked me to the waiting area. With 5 minutes the service lady Pedra came in called my name and had all my information and it was accurate. She told me how long it would take and offered water to me. The waiting room/restrooms were clean. The waiting room was a pleasant area to relax. Within no time my car was done. I think they were finished sooner than promised. Oh I forgot to add Pedra asked if I needed a shuttle which I thought was very nice. Of course living so far away it was not feasible. I will definitely use Bev Smith service in the future! Awesome experience. Well done my friends!
