The appraisal guy and some salesguys hover like vultures yet are pushy pushy. I can't stand being harassed over and over. You can send one guy over to talk to me about new car possibilities but another and another and a phone call all while I'm waiting an hour is a bit much. Back off. I said no the first time, politely, and Took his card. That should have been it. Also, the people waiting can HEAR your sales team wheeling and dealing. The things I heard we're not good but I again minded my business, I'm here for oil and I'm out. Cory was great. Fast, checked my recall and answered questions, he is great. Everyone esle, and especially the appraisal guy who approached the SECOND I pulled into the service area, we're too pushy.
