Everyone is very nice and the work that the guys did in the garage was OK. The thing that bothers me and it has happened every time I go in for a check up they turned something on to use and they forget to turn it back off I know it is just a small thing but I noticed you have a lot of women bringing their cars in and not all women know how to reset something back. They turned the trip whatever on and when I looked up, I did not see my gas information. I figured it out, BUT. Have a good day.

I had no contact with him until after 2 and a half hrs when I text him to see what was going on with my vehicle.Someone else checked me in. My vehicle sat in the lot for an hour before. It was taken to get service. My appointment was at 1:30 and another person's appt was at 2. And they got their vehicle 45 mins before me.
