Everything was explained and was offered a ride in the courtesy car.The driver was polite and professional. Service time was 4 hours which is what they originally stated. Even washed my car.
I have been a Kia owner for many years and Bev Smith has always been an excellent service department.

Only one of the recalls were corrected. I was told it would take 2-3:hours to complete the maintenance, so I took the shuttle home, only to be called in less than 30 minutes advising me that my car was ready for pickup and I again requested the shuttle, was told the driver would be in contact with me, this didn't happen, so I had to take an Uber to collect my car.
