First, no one is a priority. And that is made clear every time I come in to drop my car off to be serviced.
Second, my advisor, Justin, was not very informed on the tires I purchased and was unable to answer most of my questions. He then brought out the parts and service manager to assist with my questions, and he wasn’t able to give me reassurance either that my rim was not going to pop out from my tire when there is a GAP between the rim and tire. I do a lot of highway driving and that is my biggest concern.
Wrapping up the conversation, I realized these guys weren’t taking me seriously and it was time to go.
When asking Justin if there was anything I needed to know about my new tires, and if there was a warranty or anything on them. He said oh yeah, you can pull up the warranty information online and you have road hazard warranty if you get a nail or something in your tire and it covers up to a certain amount… when the parts and service manager mentioned the same warranty, he said the tires have a six year warranty, online says 2 years.

I think 2 and a half hours for a basic Oil change with an appointment is a bit much I got a text with my service agent number with any questions I tried to contact him at least 3 times no answer went to the front desk and the receptionist tried to get Tim Service manager multiple times no answer asked several employees if I can get a update they said I have to speak to my service advisor and said he might be on lunch so my car may be or may not be ready but I guess I have to sit and wait till his lunch is over totally ridiculous
