I had a 9:30 appointment which I arrived at 9:15.
I have the tires and battery for life. I was told that Kia no longer has this. How do you sell a vehicle and decide later you aren’t going to honor the warranty? I will say the new manager was very diplomatic and assured me as long as he works at Kia he will honor my contract. After a very long day (appointment was 9:30 am)I picked up my car (3:00) with 4 new tires and an oil change. I took my car to a self wash and discovered one of the caps for my (air) tire was missing. No courtesy car wash? Stop over booking appointments.

You had my car for almost 3 weeks. Told me three different diagnoses for it to come down to a simple oil change. It cost me well over $700 in car rentals. Just to have the oil change done for free I think that was a fair deal. Then almost 2 weeks after I get the car back you send me a text message telling me my car was ready for pick up. I am wondering if the whole time you all had my car mixed up with another and I paid the price. I WILL HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT ANOTHER KIA DEALERSHIP!!!
