Pablo is the definition of customer service, I took my car to Kia multiple times since I’ve had this car and no one told me I had multiple maintenances that I could’ve used due to being bought when I purchased the vehicle. He also let me know about Sunbit which is the reason I was able to get what I needed done. He stayed in constant communication with me through the process, he was gracious in speech, and didn’t treat me like I was supposed to be knowledgeable with cars. He’s a good guy and my wife and I will be bringing both cars to bev smith Kia from now on.
