Kaitlin was a delight, friendly, and explained what was done and answered my questions and helped me set my clock and texted me through the waiting time.
Your sales person offered to buy my car, he was very nice and not pushy.

Justin was great!! However, I arrived at 6:50 and was the first there for my appointment at 7. Service provided was tire rotation, cabin filter , oil change . My car was not finished til after 8:30, making me late for work. Justin did try to get my car for me but even at that it was still an extended time for them to bring it back over . This is a ridiculous amount of time for this service and I should not have to schedule time off for this. Making me late for work is additionally unacceptable as I am never late. Again pls my extend my appreciation to Justin . He did provide great service
