Justin the advisor is very nice but 5 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change is crazy.

I’m sure the service was done great by your technicians, however my problem is that my car set outside and ready for 20 minutes before I was notified. I seen it when it was driven up. I know you were busy but I think that is a bit much.

Fred was very nice, courteous and professional. He told me upon arrival for my 10:30 am oil change, that it was going to be about 3 hours as they were very busy, so you can imagine my surprise when he texted me at 12:00 pm that my car was ready and good to go. That made my day and especially that Fred took the time to let me know how things were going.

Jennifer called me from Kia, and told me my Kia Soul was recalled and set up my appointment to have the problem fixed. After I drove to Kia and sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half Fred called me and told me you don’t have the part needed and will have to order it. I’m not pleased to waste my whole morning when obviously this trip was unnecessary. The part needed should have been on hand before Jennifer called and made the appointment with me.
