Wasn't asked if I wanted a wash for my vehicle. It wasn't washed or vacuumed like usual. When paying nothing was explained about what was done? Had to ask everything wasn't even shown the paper for what was done till I payed.. I had to asl was the pil changed was the tires rotated? Was anything wrong or fluids topped off? Also when outside waiting to pay heard him and another employee talking about another customer car was ready and they were talking about her loudly about how crazy she is and they don't like to deal with her.. maybe true but very unprofessional. Also he told me my tire was flat after I freaked out he said wrong customer ur car didn't have the nail. Learn ur customers of rrad the paper work before giving someone a heart attack..

The staff has been very cooperative and though we received the goal intended, the process to achieve this was very long and intensive. Perhaps create a structure where the customer does not have to wait for such long periods of time during determining whether the car's repairs are covered under warranty. Additionally, the call went out on Thursday the car was ready, but on Wednesday of the following week the mechanic still needs time to complete notes. Time management needs improving.
