My vehicle was supposed to be been detailed and clean at pick up. I was told it was detailed and clean. The outside was barely wet and the inside was not vacuumed at all after you had my vehicle for three weeks. Kaitlyn did her best to forward me updates, but did not follow through with the pick up Cleaning Service . I also asked if a tail light on the bumper could’ve been looked at and adjusted that was never brought up or adjusted after the car was in your possession for three weeks. Kaitlyn was a Messenger, but I felt as though things could’ve been followed through better for the customer, thank you

I waited over a month for a part that was ordered incorrectly and then had to wait for the right part to come in. You cannot even schedule service on your website because I was told that it doesn’t even work. The first time I went to pick up my car, three people stood around, doing nothing and nobody went to go find my car, and I waited for over 20 minutes for someone to finally step up. in all of the cars I have owned, I have never had a worse experience with a dealership. Justin was very nice and thorough, but without the competent support of the dealership, he is unable to do his job thoroughly.

Wel everything was taken care of The tire rotation and the oil change. Put one thing was left out. The oil reset was not reset. I've tried to reset it. And it did not work for me. Every time I turn on the Vehicle, The indications telling me that Vehicle need an oil change.

Rotating of tires was not checked so I guess it was not done ,car was not washed? You guys are very nice but I am really disappointed!!!????
