Your representative was nice. However, I bought my KIA there in 2016, & have been coming there for service since. I had a 1:30 pm appt. I waited 20 minutes for service, 3 hours for completion for an oil change & tire rotation. I had no time left to wait around for the alignment I needed the most.

I was not notified when my car is ready. I had to call at 5pm to find out it had been ready 2 hours before. When I arrived to find out my car had not been vacuumed and I had requested a wash and vacuum when I dropped my car this morning.
