Made online reservation for $69 oil change and tire rotation. Specifically noted that we had a rattle in rear seat and wanted to get it checked. Spokesperson called me and again told her about the rattle. Dropped off car and my wife reminded Caitlin about the rattle. Picked up car and no one looked at the rattle noise. Called Caitlin and she promised to call us back. Still waiting for a callback. First time there and it was disappointing!
