My adviser Jamie was awesome and my experience with the whole service team was really great! Everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The work was efficient, completed around the estimated time I had been told and reasonably priced. This was my first experience with this location and I was hesitant for to some poor online reviews . Tech said could not fine lug nut lock socket to rotate tire. Did not see this until I got home it’s written on the check sheet. It is the glove box in plain sight. If would have seen this before I got home I would’ve been able to go back to have the tires rotated. Will be talking to Kia Monday morning about this issue. No one from service asked if I knew where the lock socket was. You would think someone would have asked me but no one did. Don’t think tech even looked in glove box were most people keep it.
