It was horrible service. I had to call my warranty solutions so I could speed up the process so I could get my car back. Maria was out with a family emergency and no one decided to care of her customers. I'm so dissapointed with Rock Honda's service that I will never by a vehicle from your dealership again.

I took my 2014 Honda Accord in, due to water in my trunk and back seat. I got a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I inspected my car, my backseat was wet just like it was when I dropped it off.I asked if i could see under the seat and he stated that it needed to be screwed off to see,and that it was wet due to cleaning of seat. My son pulled back the seat and squeezed the foam,and it was drenched with water, Alot of water.I really don't think they attempted anything on that seat! I was so Disappointed! Also the cover for spare tire had mold on it,I asked if I could get that replaced with a new one, and he said that the guys would wipe it off as best as they could, that I Couldn't get a new one. I have family that have asthma, and this is unacceptable! Another disappointment! I refused to take my car due to these conditions, asked to speak to manager and he got me a loaner car and said that my car will be taken care of. I am putting my trust in his word. I hope the problem is resolved when I go for pick up.
