Although the reason for my visits today was a surprise and a slight inconvirnce my experience was extremely pleasant and happened in a timely fashion. Ultimately I was very happy with the experience.

This was my first experience with service folks at Rock Honda. No one pushed me to buy and perform unnecessary service. Dealers are known to be notorious about that. I hope that my future interactions remain the same and dealership doesn't try to push bunch of unnecessary repairs on me. My service advisor was polite and courteous and professional.
