Requested for a multipoint inspection service to go on a short trip. Was advised that everything in the car seemed to be working just fine except front left tire needs alignment. Recommended four wheel digital alignment under lifetime warranty instead of just the one time deal to save me some money. I thought that wwas nice of him. At first, I thought it was still a bit expensive so we went . To a couple of places to check. Ended up going back to Honda because place won't do alignment or they are fully booked. Mr. Flores was kind enough to take my car back to have the tire aligned with no change of face like told you so. He was very cordial and very understanding about it. He was also very helpful getting my disabled Mom into the car as we left. I am thankful to the technician who a lligned my tire. Got to where we were supposed to go and back safely. So far, Honda hasn't failed me.
