Summary : Went in for a simple software update on my 16' Accord with the cvt transmission recall. I was in and out before I could finish my coffee. I was done in 24 min's to be exact that was from write up to completion of the service. Overall great and fast experience
Advisor : My advisor was not very engaging but he was quick to get all the information he needed, and proceeded to get my vehicle pulled out back and into the shop as soon as possible. Normally a friendly and chatty advisor would be fine. I was sort of in a hurry that day and was glad that he was quick and to the point.
Waiting Area: I mean its a sitting room cant really expect much. It was clean and they had coffee which was all anyone should really ask for in a waiting room.
Service: My experience was a very simple software update so I cant speak much about the actual work performed, but what I can say is that from the porter to the technician and back everything was very fast and efficient.
Suggestion: This is just me being picky and trying to offer advise. I would have liked to see a vehicle inspection report done. Even if it meant waiting more. I was just in for a software update but doesn't mean I wouldn't like to know how my car is doing.
