I didn't show up on time for my 9am appointment; 10:50,actually...Maria still treated me with the same respect that someone on time would have received. She made sure got a loaner car and kept me informed of the time line for pick-up, I was nervous about being late for my evening commitments , and I wasn't as kind to her as I should have been...she was courteous and professional all the same. She got it DONE, walked me to my car and sent me on my way. She RRRRROCKS Honda! Oh, and my car detailing is SUPERB! I feel like I'm driving a new car again!
