The gentleman who checked me in started out great. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I hadn't heard anything about the status of my car 2hours in, so I went to the service desk. A team member couldn't find the staff that checked me in or my paperwork. It turned out he went home w/o handing off my paperwork to a teammate.
Once Mr. Arif Khan took over my service, I was out within an hour. I'm thankful that I approached the right team member. He gets a 15/10!
I do fear the service I went in for was compromised b/c it was so close to closing time when it got done. However, I've never had a problem before l, so I'm going to say it wasn't.
This is the first time I've had a bad experience at Rock Honda Fontana. I'm sure it will be the last b/c great service is what Rock Honda Fontana is about, and Mr. Arif Khan and the mechanics are proof.
