Andy was nice and friendly but I didn't like the service, they didn't even adjust my tires pressure even tho the light was on, they usual rotate my tires and check other stuff every time I go for oil change but this time they just put in the oil, they probably didn't even put in new filters:( Andy was nice he even had a tech get me a car wash really quick when I was about to leave, I had to wait a little longer but I appreciated doing that...putting oil and drive test cost me 200 and it was not worth it in my opinion. Also shuttle drivers were nice but I don't remember their names

I was completely satisfied with Maria's services. However, I was sitting in my car for 20 minutes just to be seen. I am not exaggerating I was sitting in my car watching the time. I understand that you guys get busy I have no problem with that. But cars had gotten there after me and they were seen before I was and that is why I became irritated. I also had an appointment and the walk-ins were most likely seen before I was. Also, a pregnant woman came by my car mid way, asked if I had an appointment, and threw a number on my dashboard. My mother, who was waiting for me to drop off my car, also spoke to the assistant manager. He was very rude and not understanding about why we were dissatisfied with the service wait. Maria was excellent and informative but waiting 20 minutes just to be seen by an advisor while walk-ins were seen before I was is very unprofessional.
