The service was great although I am disappointed with the wait time of 2 hours plus. This is my second time having my car serviced at Rock Honda and my last wait there was also over 2 hours. Both times the service advisor assured me it would take no more than an hour for service. I do not have a long wait at Spreen Honda when my car is serviced. I understand that it is very busy at Rock Honda, but don’t tell the customer that the wait is about an hour.
