We were happy with the effort by our service advisor Gary and information he provided about our needs of repairs. When I got there I waited 5 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then one svc advisor told me it would about 4 mins the another female asked me if I was helped. When I told her we had a service appt to have brakes checked out she also said someone will be with you. Finally after another 4 mins or so garycame out asking me same questions and once I mentioned it again then he took initiative to check car in and provide help. The service advising area was on scale to 5 for assistance 2 . Next my husband after getting pricing and feedback goes to pick up car with me and after 20 mins we find out after paying 10.00 the car was not washed, we waited another 10 mins and when car was brought to us by Gary not another porter the only thing done was the tires were had underarmour dine but the car itself was not washed. We left as we just wanted to bring car home after waiting quite a bit. Will I return to Rick Honda for servicing again, doubt it
