Horrible experience horrible service, will never go back to Rock Honda, will recommend to everyone I know to not go to Rock Honda. Mechanic was rude and contradicted himself several times, he was lying to me. Cost way too much for what was done, radiator go for 50 to 100 dollars, was charged $800 for radiator repair. They recommended repairs on things that were already serviced, by you! Unbelievably stupid.

Stated I could come in on a Tuesday and drop my car off over night for my LoJack to be put in on the following day, I drove an hour and a half for them to say "oh sorry no ones in tomorrow to do a LoJack just leave it and someone will get to it on Thursday!" Excuse me? I drove all the day over here for someone to tell me that, why couldn't that have been said when I called in the first place? Then inconvenience myself to not have a car for two day when I relie on my car!
