The Rep Maria Navarro was great. My only complaint is that it takes 1.5 hours for oil change even after having scheduled an appointment. Also, not very happy that I can't get the free oil change at my local Honda dealer, was told that it has to be done at Rock Honda (1.5 hrs away).

I already spoke to Stephanie abot my issues regarding my visit she said she would speak to her manager. However, I do want to leave a review in hope that this issue will be resolve in the future for another customer. The lack of communication in keeping me posted on my vehicles readiness for pick up, timelines to complete the job was unacceptable. I brought my car in around 11 am and I picked up my car before closing time. It’s disappointing the treatment I received this visit last visit as a loyal member now going on 2 years, but possibly my last visit here.
