A recall was performed on my second row. I have a car seat for my daughter and was loosened and the settings were changed. No one advised me of this. We drove home before I realized it. Horrible customer service. If anything is changed or settings adjusted the customer should be advised. Now a car seat, UNACCEPTABLE.
