Other dealers offer a complimentary carwash, you are the only one that I have every dealt with that doesnt. Giving the customer a clean car back goes a long way.

I told the advisor I had a coupon for a free car wash and the car was not washed as well I waited over ten minutes for my car to be delivered to me after the service manager noticed I was sitting out there waiting for my car. He then had someone go get my car however not sure why I needed to wait so long for my car when they couldn’t even do the main thing I bought the car in for which should have been disclosed to me from the beginning
