And they let my car like that the recall campaign 17091

Mechanic and service coordinator failed to review oil life of car and after we spent 2800 dollars on our 100,000 service, they told us a basic oil change was not included in the service. We got the service, took van home, drove the car a short distance and service indicator light came on. We had to return the following day on a work day to get the oil change, but we feel like it should have been included and reviewerd with us the day before.

Had appt at 8 am. Was told it would be about 2 hrs. Okd work an waited after 11:15 went to desk an asked if car was done. It was 3 hrs i was tgere with no connect by honda person. Was another hr before i got to leave. After i contacted honda person then i got an update on my phone. I understand being busy an needing extra time but to me this wasnt right. Could of informed me it was taking longer then they thought.
