Iam very sayisfied with Greg Krauss. He is very nice and I appreciate some small talk with him. He did an excellent job informing me of the waiting time to finish patching the tire. And it was finished at the said given time. What I did not like about the service was that the person who got my car did not close the driver side window. It was a bit drizzling. Also I am not sure if there is enough security in the area where the vehicles are waiting for service. Security should be one of top priorities because sometimes car owners put valuable items inside their car. I would have not known that my windows were left open have I not requested to get my laptop and books inside. I hope this will be included in your quality of care. Thank you. Best Regards!

Service representative(refino Salina) was probably the most professional and sincere rep I have ever dealt with at a service center. I wish I could speak for all, not the case. Although the price of an oil change was relatively higher than other dealers, the service was definitely the fastest I’ve ever experienced.
