The advisor was fine and did his part but the wait is always too long even while making an appointment. I waited almost 30 minutes just to be seen even though I had an appointment. I also think if you guys are doing work on people’s cars, you should wash them. No matter what I take my Nissan Rogue in for, the dealership always does the basic wash for me.
