Never know what to expect from service department once I pull up to service there's no one to help me. Either I stayed in the car & wait but no one comes or I go in & l am told to wait in my car. I will never know!!! Today one of manger had to say something to the staff reg customer are waiting to be severed. Just poor customer service. I am concerned going to a nother dealership for services I have conceder going to Loma Linda Honda. I still love my Honda.
