I received a call from Greg at 12:19pm letting me know my car was ready. When I arrived in the lobby, Greg was nowhere to be found. I replied to the text he sent me letting him know I was there. By 12:45, I asked someone else if I could get my car. They paged Greg and I continued to wait for an additional 20 minutes. Then, the employee who paged Greg saw me sitting there and got somebody else to help me out. By the time I got my car, I had waited an additional hour past the time my car was ready to be picked up. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and will only be returning because I purchased the service plan when I purchased my car.
