I was able to get the job requested from your dealership at the price Rock Honda originally quoted me over the phone from a Honda dealership in Los Angeles.
My service rep at Rock was out to lunch and my quote more than doubled.
I laughed as the new service rep asked me to pay $145 for an inspection that was never performed on my car after I refused the revised quote (that was more than double).
NICE TRY!
Great hustle.
The entire job was less than 30min and was under $80.
I requested quotes from multiple Honda dealerships and Rock was the only to have such and unbelievable price.
I would and will NEVER recommend Rock Honda to anyone... not even someone I don't favor.

When I purchased the vehicle from Rock Honda, I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. Apparently the warranty did not cover routine maintenance. My check engine light was on. While the inspection revealed several discrepancies with the vehicle, the extended warranty apparently covers nothing. I informed the service representative that I did not wish to get further services. And that I would seek the repairs and service elsewhere. The price was too high for me. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, and alignment and transmission fluid change had already taken place. I did not consent to those purchases. But rather than be a scumbag customer, and walkout and not pay for services rendered, I decided to pay.Was not aware those things were going to be charged to me. I was under the impression that the extended warranty covered such maintenance. Just very disappointed overall.
