He went above and beyond the call of duty as a service advisor. From the beginning he was courteous, respectful and willing to answer my questions about the situation with my car; such as what the process is, what to expect from them, and any solutions and expectations to look into with the service. I was always informed and taken into consideration. The manner in which my car was handled was also of great service and quickness. He informed me of all services recommended and even gave me good discounts to ensure I was able to get the services completed. Everything was hassle free. I needed to make payments so he allowed me to do so through the program that offers it. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, I stay coming to Rock Honda’s Service because of the excellent treatment I receive time and time again. I even have to bring my young daughter and she is never bored and it makes it so much easier on me while waiting.

Andy was awesome! He was detailed and attentive. The part i was upset about, is when i went outside for my car and one there to help me...my car didn’t come.....I noticed one that looked like mine....but no one was there to tell me my car was that one....and it had the keys attached to them. No one told me that it was my car, anyone could have taken it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
