Rock Honda Auto Repair Service Center

My car was the first appt. of the day and after 4 hours I still didn’t receive a call to update because no test had been run. Then after I called in to talk to rudolfo and receiving numerous excuses I finally found out I my alternator went out. I was told it would cost me over $1100 to fix the problem. A price that we both know is insanely inflated. I could buy the part from hondapartsguy.com for $350 and that means I was charged $800 for labor. I then went on to 8 different auto repair websites to price how much it would cost to buy and replace the alternator and the highest quote was $675. I asked if they scanned my car for any other issues and was told no because they just wanted to fix the alternator first. I told him that made no sense since I had already told him that I was due for a timing belt, valve change, spark plugs, serpentine belt, catalytic converter. Why was I being charged for complete labor on an alternator only to be quoted charges for these other repairs knowing the alternator must be taken off to fix the others. I found this experience to be intellectually offensive. I work on my car all the time. As a matter of fact, since the alternator was already done, I told them that’s all the work that rock Honda would be doing to my car. I would buy and complete the other repairs on my own.

Edwardo was Great! He made me feel special. He showed me several things on my key fob that I could do with opening or closing my windows and moon roof. He explained my oil change % gauge and the oil change maintenance that I purchased. He verified my address which was incorrect in the computer. He told me that if I had any questions regarding anything on my car I could always call or come in and he’d assist me in any way he could with my new 2018 Honda Accourd. Today was my first time getting my car serviced at Rock Honda, I was a bit nervous at first because I’ve had unpleasant experiences getting my car serviced at other dealerships before. However Mariano’s professionalism along with being very knowledgeable quickly changed that. I needed to have several things done to my vehicle and I frankly doubted It would all be done today and that I I would get my car today. Mariano assured me he would get my car serviced and completed by today. I received my car right before the weekend and I couldn’t have been happier. I will definitely be returning to Mariano and Rock Honda for all of my Honda needs.
