Service was long . I also explained that morning that I need a shuttle ride to go back to the dealership to pick up my car . None came so I have to walk 2-3 miles back to the dealership and once i got there I have to wait more than 30 minutes to pick up my car .

SA refused to document my cocern with the Hybrid battery (only 8 mile range) but promised he would look into it. When the car was done he said there were no DTCs for the Hybrid battery so there’s nothing wrong with it. To me that’s like saying your windshield isn’t cracked because there’s no DTC for it.
Charged me $145 to tell me there were some history DTCs that they cleared but none related to my concern.
Waste of time and money.
