Maria is excellent at following up with the customer and she communicates the status of my vehicle throughout the process. She is attentive and I appreciated the extra effort she gave to my vehicle. She apprised the managers of my concerns and they too coordinated with Maria. She and Mr. Serna were very polite and he trusted her to see the matter resolved. Again, she is terrific and my concern resolved.

Maria Navarro was excellent. She responded immediately and took the initiative to assist me on a long lasting service problem. Her service was exemplary. It is the repair that I am not satisfied with. I have been reporting problems with the starter in excess of one year to other service advisors and no action was taken. On Wednesday Feb 28th it took a half hour to get the car started in the morning causing my son to be late for work. Following that I was late to a subsequent appointment since the car wouldn’t start. I called Rock Honda and spoke with Maria who listened and asked if I could bring the car in. The car was kept overnight and my extended warranty allowed for a 24 hour loaner. I paid the $100.00 deductible for the extended warranty to be applied towards the repair. Today, Thursday March 1st I returned the loaner and my car was pulled up running. A new starter had been installed. I stopped on my way home for a purchase and when I came out, the car would not start. Reacted the same as before the installation of the new starter. I called and reported the matter to Reuben Serna via voice mail (Ms. Navarro had advised me she would not be in today). Mr Serna forwarded the link for a self appointment and I’m bringing the car back tomorrow at 11:00 am. Again, I’m grateful for the assistance of Ms. Navarro.
