It’s unorganized when you walk back in to pick up your car. No clear direction on who is suppose to help you, no clear direction on whether you are suppose to pay for your services 1st or see the service member 1st. Everyone pushes this survey on you with no regard on the quality of service provided. I’m VERY un satisfied with the measure of quality in retrospect to the amount of vehicles my family and I have purchased from this dealership. Customer service ONLY occurred before I purchased the car, NEVER after and service team is quick to charge for every aspect of service. My father was on the market for a CR-V but I’ve ask them to look elsewhere because the quality of service has declined over the years.
