I requested my car to get buffer because there was a few scratches on the right front bumper. That scratch got worst. The paint came off. I was not satisfied. I asked the salesman what is he going to do about it? He paused for a few seconds and offered me to leave my car for a few days. I told him I can't because I lived 7 hours away and I need to go home to my kids. He made another offered to put a cover on the front bumper so that no onr will notice the scratch. I refused. I paid for my car I shouldn't have to go through this. I asked if I can take it to another Honda dealer close to where I lived. The salesman said I can and have the dealership forward the invoice to them. I took it to the Honda dealership in Elk Grove, CA they said they dont do dealer to dealer bodyshop. I forward the information to the salesman, he said he will have someone come estimate my car on Friday Feb.23 but I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand it's not the salesman fault but it shouldn't have happened. And I shouldn't have to go through all this. I feel like no one really wanted to help me because if they did, they would have handled it in a better manner. I am disappointed that I paid a chunck of money for a brand new car with scratches.
