I was told that my wife called and cancelled my warranty. So Rock Honda did not complete the wheel alignment. My wife calling is a lie... she doesn’t even know my business dealings with Rock Honda. She owns a Lexus and know little or nothing about my Truck. The recall was addressed however.
They were unable to provide detail of their conversation with my wife. I don’t think they even know her name. The blatant lie bothers me more than the rejection.

I was not kept updated with the status of my vehicle repairs I had to call the. When I did I was on hold for at least 30 minutes finally once I got through to Arif he couldn’t even tell me what was going in it actually sounds like he made up a reason one minute hes telling me that my head light bulbs weren’t in stock then the next minute he’s telling me my car is finished keep in mind that my car had already been at the dealership getting “worked on” for over two hours at this point all in all I was completely unsatisfied with my visit to rock Honda today

Arif Khan has completely changed my opinion of Rock Honda. Your finance manager, Edgar Uy, is a very unethical individual. Mr Khan however is an honest and delightful person. I will continue to use Rock as long as he is my service adviser.
