Service was fine, no complaints in that regard. Lack of communication, I was never notified my vehicle was ready. No answer to my email inquiry, & no one aswered phone in service dept even though I let it ring for over 3 minutes. Kevin was polite, friendly, & apologetic. They were very busy, so I get it, but not being able to pick up my car impacted my plans as well.
